How it works

01. VEHICLE DETAILS

  • Submit your vehicle information including the Make, Model, Grade(Trim), Year, Mileage etc…

02. SEARCH ON AUCTION

  • We search and send the photos and full details for your evaluation

  • using the Autocheck’s car value system we advice you the price range and likely buying price.

  • You choose the suitable one from our results and confirms your upper bidding price for buying the vehicle.

03. SECURITY DEPOSIT

  • We’ll send you an invoice for the security deposit of JPY100,000 which you can pay through our website using credit card or PayPal within 24 hours.

 

04. BIDDING

  • Autocheck will start the budding with the lowest possible price within the upper bidding price you have confirmed.

  • Autocheck will notify you the result of the auction asap when it finished by email.

05. AFTER SUCCEED BIDDING

  • We will issue you Invoice including the auction agent fee to enable you to pay the final payment.
    *Auction agent fee is 8% of the total vehicle price

  • This second payment is calculated by subtracting the first deposit from the final bidding vehicle price.
    (*please make final payment within 3 working days)

  • If a bid turns out to be unsuccessful, your deposit will be refunded.

06. DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE

  • We deliver your vehicle at your desired location.
